Expanding our competencies in the field of robotics
ELAKS engineers received hands-on training from Schneider Electric on the Lexium Cobot Control Fundamentals program.
The course combined theoretical training, demonstrations, and real-world work with robotic motion control systems.

During the training, participants:
- created and launched a Cobot control program in the EcoStruxure Machine Expert environment;
- practiced controlling Lexium Cobot via the TM262M controller;
- worked with communication interfaces and integration into the control system;
- got acquainted with the Machine Expert Twin simulation environment and built a digital model of the conveyor system;
- integrated Lexium Cobot into a virtual model of the production line.
Lexium Cobot is a modern series of Schneider Electric collaborative robots used in the food, pharmaceutical, packaging, mechanical engineering and electrical industries.
In Ukraine, such systems are already being implemented in production facilities with high requirements for accuracy, flexibility and personnel safety.
For enterprises that are modernizing their lines or switching to intelligent automation (Smart Factory), Lexium Cobot opens up broad prospects:
- automation of monotonous or risky operations;
- interaction with a person without the need for physical barriers;
- integration with existing control systems;
- rapid reconfiguration for various technological tasks.
Thanks to such technologies, Ukrainian industry is gradually moving to the Industry 4.0 level, and the ELAKS team is preparing to be among the leaders in this area.
