Development Priorities — ELAKS Strategic Session
ELAKS held a strategic session with the participation of representatives of all divisions. The purpose of the meeting was to determine the strategic focus on development, innovation and social responsibility, taking into account modern challenges.
During the session, the participants:
- Developed a coordinated action plan to maintain stability and growth rates.
- Discussed ways to increase efficiency, preserve and create new jobs.
- Formed a plan for digitalizing internal processes, which will increase transparency, speed of decision-making and adaptability to changes.
- Formed a common vision of the company's role in rebuilding the country.
As a result of the brainstorming, priority areas were identified that will form the basis of our strategy for the next three years.
