Declarations of Conformity with key European Union Directives and an EC Certificate of Conformity.
We continuously monitor updates to standards and comply with all requirements in the fields of environmental protection, energy efficiency, and production quality. The certificates we have obtained are the result of our systematic efforts to improve both our products and processes
Our products comply with the following directives:
– Directive 2011/65/EU and 2015/863/EU (RoHS) — restriction of hazardous substances;
– Commission Delegated Directive (EU) supplementing RoHS requirements;
– Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH) — safe use of chemical substances;
– Directive 2014/35/EU — Low Voltage Directive;
– Directive 2014/30/EU — Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive.
🔍 The conformity assessment of our products was based on the following harmonized standards:
EN IEC 61439-1:2021, EN IEC 61439-2:2021, EN 61000-6-1:2018, EN 61000-6-3:2018, EN 61000-6-2:2019, EN 61000-6-4:2019.
💼 In addition, we have obtained the EC Certificate of Conformity for ELAKS JSC products in accordance with the directives:
– Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU
– Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU
