ELAKS's involvement in the construction of a new factory
Experience in implementing comprehensive solutions in the field of energy supply and production automation allowed ELAKS to become a technical partner in the project to build a new Nestlé factory. The new factory in Smolygov, Volyn region, is one of the largest food enterprises in Ukraine.
📌 Scope of work:
Two-stage design and state examination
- Replacement of the existing 10 kV switchgear with a two-section complete 10 kV PremSet switchgear with vacuum circuit breakers
- Supply and installation of a Trihal power transformer with a capacity of 1600 kVA (10/0.4 kV), two Canalis busbar bridges
- Supply of a new three-section 0.4 kV Main LVDB substation, PrismaSet P switchboards
- Organization of backup and uninterrupted power supply of critical facilities
- Modernization of the enterprise lighting system
- Installation and laying of cable routes and power cables
- Relocation of the electrical system of the existing production line
- Transportation of production equipment from Kharkiv, its installation and commissioning
- The production line control project was implemented on the AVEVA System Platform
The power supply solution was implemented on the basis of Schneider power equipment Electric.
All work was carried out without stopping production processes, in compliance with food safety requirements and taking into account the specifics of the operating enterprise.
The energy infrastructure is designed with the possibility of further scaling and connecting new production lines.
