ELAKS: Ensuring Reliable Uninterrupted Power Supply for Key Enterprise Systems

ELAKS is committed to providing a dependable power supply for essential enterprise systems. The company engages in a comprehensive range of activities, encompassing the design, manufacturing, and supply of equipment to transfer voltage from a diesel generator to the 6.3 kV PS-110 substation buses, increasing voltage from 0.4 to 6.3 kV

ELAKS experts have successfully completed:

  • Development of project documentation and coordination of project decisions with the customer at all stages of the design process.

  • Supply of modular buildings with engineering networks for diesel generators and electrical equipment, including transformer substations (KTP), switchgear (РУ-0.4 kV) with currents of 5000 A, 6300 A, connecting busbars, high-voltage cells of 6 kV, and more.

  • Implementation of a storage and fuel supply system to ensure prolonged operation of diesel generators.

  • Installation of pipelines, fuel pumps, automation, and fuel tanks with volumes of 10 m³ and 1 m³.

  • Establishment of busbar systems of 2500 A and 4000 A for supplying power to diesel generators.

  • Completion of installation and commissioning works for two diesel generators with a capacity of 1675 kVA.

  • Installation of cable and conductor products.

Currently, ELAKS experts are actively working on the implementation of the following project stages, including the installation of a 4000 kVA transformer, a 0.4 kV switchboard with a current of 6300 A, and high-voltage cells of 6 kV to connect two additional diesel generators with a capacity of 2750 kVA. These measures aim to ensure stable and reliable operation of the power supply system for the customer's enterprise.
