Cogeneration and Uninterruptible Power Supply
The company ELAKS continues to demonstrate its leading position in the field of energy solutions, expanding its portfolio of successfully implemented projects involving cogeneration systems and uninterruptible power supply. This significantly enhances the efficiency and reliability of power supply for industrial enterprises.
Key projects for the implementation of cogeneration and uninterruptible power systems for Ukrainian enterprises:
- Construction of a steam power section with a cogeneration unit with an electrical capacity of up to 26 MW and backup power for the plant in full blackout mode. Substation 35/10 kV and gas distribution station 10 kV of a thermal power plant for an oil extraction plant with a capacity of 2700 tons/day.
- Automation and power supply of the plant's steam supply systems with the installation of a cogeneration unit with an electrical capacity of 10.4 MW. Automated control system for the fuel supply unit and auxiliary equipment section of the thermal power station of an oil extraction plant with a capacity of 1300 tons/day.
- Construction of networks and distribution points - 0.4 kV for the parallel operation of a new plant with a combined network of cogeneration units with a total capacity of 3 MW as part of the construction of a new oil extraction plant with a productivity of 1000 tons/day for soybeans or 750 tons/day for rapeseed.
- Connection of a 29 MW steam turbine generator to the main distribution device with a voltage of 10.5 kV of the thermal power station. Automated control system for the fuel supply unit and auxiliary equipment section of the thermal power station of an oil extraction plant with a capacity of 3000 tons/day.
- Modernization of equipment for substation 35/10 kV and gas distribution station 10 kV to enable the operation of the thermal power station in island mode for an oil extraction plant with a capacity of 1500 tons/day.
