Automation system for soybean processing plants

The specialists of ELAKS performed software development in TIA Portal for PLC (S7-1500) and HMI (SIMATIC PC station, TP900 Comfort) for control of soybean processing mechanisms and commissioning works.

Now the automatic control system of soybean processing lines provides:

- control of mechanisms remotely by means of SCADA and operator panel;

- operational control, data collection and storage of information on the state and course of the technological process, settings and emergency situations of mechanisms and sensors;

- diagnostics of equipment operation in the processes of acceptance, production, storage and shipment;

- operation of individual mechanisms in automatic mode according to the algorithms provided by the customer during commissioning.

Thanks to the latest technologies, the plant operates in a closed cycle, which ensures waste-free production and minimal environmental impact.
